Germany fter Mrs. Angela Merkel era to Where?!

The Traffic Light Coalition 🚦 that will lead the next Berlin government (which consists of the SPD, the BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN & the FDP) announced today and here we will talk about some of the main points:

First of all, it should be noted that the slogan launched by the new German Chancellor, Mr. Olaf Scholz, is (Challenge for More Progress) reminds me of the slogan launched by the former German Chancellor, #WillyBrandt, which was (The Challenge for More Democracy) Despite the different political, economic, social, cultural and geographical conditions between the two men, Mr. Schulze, the pragmatic politician who held the position of Mayor of Hamburg, where these states are one of the most important cultural and socially advanced states in the country of machines

The chancellorship, along with acquiring the ministries of the Interior, Defense, Health, Labor, International Development and Housing, would be in the interest of the SPD The Ministry of Economy will be alongside Climate - a new ministry - and ministries such as the Ministry of Environment, Family, Youth and Agriculture will be in the interest of the Green Party While alongside the Ministry of Finance (Treasury) and the Ministries of Transportation, Digital Communications, Education and Justice in favor of the Liberal Party (FDP) As Berlin's policy in its details will be based on clear principles, represented by: 80% of Germany's reliance on renewable energy by 2030, more pragmatic policies on pensions, and the stabilization of 48% of average wages compared to minimum pensions, and the goal of future policies is spending on research and development 3.5% of GDP and research Germany will remain an observer of the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, but Berlin will continue to participate in the nuclear projects of NATO

Some questions that will be raised in the near and medium term about the ability of the Traffic Light Coalition to pass these policies and the ability to implement them Past performance is no guarantee of future results as Mrs Merkel's last two governments have committed to about 80% of the original alliance agreements by the end of their terms

أعلن عن اتفاقية ائتلاف إشارة المرور التي ستقود حكومة برلين المقبلة (والذي يتكون من الديمقراطيين الإشتراكيين وحزب الخضر والحزب الديمقراطي الحر) التي اعلن عنها اليوم وهنا سنتحدث عن بعض النقاط الرئيسية:

بداية يجب الإشارة إلى أن الشعار الذي أطلقه المستشار الألماني الجديد السيد أولاف شولز هو (التحدي من أجل المزيد من التقدم) يذكرني بالشعار الذي أطلقه المستشار الألماني السابق فيلي براندت والذي كان (التحدي من أجل المزيد من الديمقراطية) رغم اختلاف الظروف السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والجغرافية بين الرجلين إلا أن السيد شولز ذلك السياسي البراغماتي والذي شغل منصب عمدة مدينة هامبورغ حيث تعد هذه الولايات أحد اهم الولايات الثقافية والمتقدمة مجتمعيا في بلاد الماكينات

اذا لندخل في التفاصيل تم الإتفاق بين أحزاب إشارة المرور قبل الموعد المتوقع والذي اعلنت عنه الأحزاب الثلاث بعيد الإنتخابات الالمانية التي جرت في سبتمبر أيلول الماضي حيث من المتوقع أن ترى الحكومة الألمانية الجديدة في تاريخ ٦ ديسمبر المقبل حيث تم الإتفاق على حصول الخضر على وزارة الخارجية ووزارة ضخمة للاقتصاد والمناخ والتي ستكون موجودة لأول مرة في تاريخ برلين وحزب الليبراليين يحصل على وزارة المالية وقد تضمنت الصفقة بين الأطراف الثلاث على ضرورة خروج الفحم الأحفوري من الحياة العامة الألمانية (بشكل مثالي) بحلول عام ٢٠٣٠ في الوقت الذي ستكون فيه ألمانيا قد تخلصت بشكل كبير من موارد الطاقة التقليدية بنسبة تفوق ربما ٧٠٪ من الاستخدام الفردي والشركات كما تم التفاق على رفع الحد الأدنى للأجور لحد ١٢ يورو في الساعة وتم الاتفاق كذلك على توفير ٤٠٠ ألف منزل جديد في السنة والاستثمارات الحكومية الموسعة في المجالات الخضراء والرقمية وما إلى ذلك

تحرير ولبرلة السياسات في المجتمع الألماني وهذا مجاله واسع مشترك بين الأحزاب الثلاثة وهذا واضح تضمنت صفقة الائتلاف تقنين المخدرات والسماح بتعدد الجنسيات وسن قوانين التجنيس بشكل أسرع مما هو عليه الآن كما تضمنت خطة الحكومة المقبلة خفض سن التصويت إلى سن السادسة عشرة وتعزيز حقوق الإنجاب والمثليين ومزدوجي الميل الجنسي ومغايري الهوية الجنسانية

تعتبر هذه التحولات في السياسة الألمانية في فترة زمنية قصيرة أمرًا رائعًا جدا حيث في أواخر التسعينيات كان تعامل القانون مع هذه التحولات بشكل حصري تقريبًا كشيء موروث ولكن بموجب اتفاق ائتلاف إشارات المرور سيكون بعض المهاجرين مؤهلين للحصول على الجنسية بعد ثلاث سنوات فقط لتعلن ألمانيا على انها أمة (نصيرة للمهاجرين)

كما تحتوي اتفاقية الائتلاف على بعض المؤشرات الواعدة لمنطقة اليورو -وهذا سأتحدث عنه في إدراج لاحق- السيدة #أنالينا_بربوك رئيسة حزب الخضر ستكون مرشحة حزب الخضر لمنصب وزارة الخارجية عن والتي ستكون أول إمرأة كوزيرة خارجية لأول مرة في ألمانيا منذ عام ١٩٥١ تحدثت السيدة بيربوك عن تغييرات نموذجية في السياسة الخارجية مع التركيز بشكل أكبر على القيم حيث سينعكس ذلك في عناصر صفقة التحالف مثل الإشارة الصريحة إلى تهديد الصين لتايوان اي أن سياسة ألمانيا تحت قيادة الحكومة الجديدة أكثر صرامة في التعامل مع بكين وموسكو

سيكون منصب المستشارية جنبا إلى جنب مع الحصول على وزارات الداخلية والدفاع والصحة والعمل والتنمية الدولية والإسكان لمصلحة حزب الديمقراطيين الاشتراكيين وستكون وزارة الاقتصاد إلى جانب المناخ -وهي وزارة جديدة- ووزارات كوزارة البيئة والأسرة والشباب والزراعة ستكون من صالح حزب الخضر بينما إلى جانب وزارة التمويل (الخزانة) ووزارات النقل والاتصالات الرقمية والتعليم والعدالة من صالح حزب الليبراليين (الديمقراطي الحر) حيث ستكون سياسة برلين بتفاصيلها معتمدة على مبادئ واضحة والمتمثلة ب: ٨٠٪ من اعتماد ألمانيا على الطاقة المتجددة بحلول عام ٢٠٣٠ وإدخال مزيدا من سياسات أكثر عملية على المعاشات تقاعدية والسعي للوصول لحالة الاستقرار عن ٤٨٪ كمتوسط للأجور بمقارنتها بالحد الأدنى للمعاشات وهدف السياسات القادمة الإنفاق على البحث والتطوير ٣.٥٪ من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي والبحث عن بقاء ألمانيا مراقبًا لمعاهدة حظر الأسلحة النووية ولكن ستستمر برلين بمشاركة المشاريع النووية لحلف شمال الأطلسي الناتو

بعض الأسئلة التي ستكون مطروحة في القادم القريب والمتوسط حول مقدرة ائتلاف اشارة المرور على تمرير هذه السياسات والمقدرة على تطبيقها الأداء السابق ليس ضمانًا للنتائج المستقبلية حيث الحكومتين الأخيرتين للسيدة ميركل التزمت بحوالي ٨٠٪ من اتفاقيات التحالف الأصلية بحلول نهاية مدتيهما

وسأقوم بمتابعة مناقشات صفقات الائتلاف والحكومة الجديدة والطريق المستقبلي لالمانيا بداية من السادس من ديسمبر المقبل.

▶️ The accused youth, Kyle Rittenhouse, was acquitted yesterday of all charges against him in killing two young men and injuring another, who are black Americans This trial was more than just the trial of a young man accused of murder. It can be considered a revolution of broad social strata against the institutions of the solid American state and its media platforms,

▶️ US President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party, specifically the left-wing progressive group in the party, were the first to incite against the accused young man for electoral and political purposes Prior to Biden's victory and his project, which relied on a significant percentage of progressives for the presidency, in November, today President Biden said, "We renew our confidence in the judicial organs!",

▶️ In the #US 🇺🇲, before the former US President Barack Obama, we used to see the president or even the presidential candidate not to be politicized specifically in domestic issues So that neither the president nor the presidential candidate could take a position in a criminal case, but he was content with talking about confidence in the security institutions and the judiciary This is the message that high-caliber politicians adopt during election campaigns, but prior to last November's elections, Joe Biden, prompted by progressive Democrats, specifically incited against the accused young man Kyle before his trial even began! Light-caliber politicians House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff and Senator Chuck Schumer, along with Rep. These platforms did not publish or even talk about the crime video itself, which tells the whole story!

▶️ Democratic media platforms, most notably the Washington Post, CNN and MSNBC, have ignored talk about the criminal background of the murdered people (one of whom was convicted of child molestation and rape cases) Considering that the accused young man was 17 years old at the time of the crime, and one of the murdered persons is approximately the same age! Where it was expected that if we were in America the previous decades, the people and the jury would be affected specifically by the bias of the media and the Democrats and their incitement against the accused young man But not this time, as Kyle's impeachment came amid anger at Biden and his administration over its disastrous policies at home and abroad, amidst unprecedented social division, and amid tremendous fear and anxiety among conservatives And there was a state of sympathy from the conservatives with the accused young man, because they believed that the case had become politicized and that the left was using it to convict the young man Consequently, the media platforms of progressives and sympathizers of the Black Lives Matter movement portrayed the conservatives as extremist racist white militias, and this is the agenda of the extreme left that some members of the current administration are implementing to reshape the future of the new United States!

▶️ Amid the bias of traditional media, driven by a political agenda, conservatives have been active on social media platforms and on the ground to talk about crime as it is, not as portrayed by progressives and its media They published crime videos and published the background of the murdered people, as well as the opinion of the law and the constitution in cases of carrying weapons and self-defense!

▶️ But in the end, the law and the conservatives won. And when we say the conservatives here, they are not only white, there are conservatives from all minorities This trial was a vivid depiction of the very sharp division of society in the United States, which transcends historical stages that had previously occurred during, before and even after the Civil War It was a referendum on the madness of the politics of the extreme left It must be remembered that this victory is the second victory of the conservatives in a short period after winning the governorship of Virginia and several other states amid scandals for members of the Democratic Party, such as the scandal of the former New York state governor Andrew Cuomo

▶️ The state of solid institutions is currently in a dilemma:

1️⃣ There is fierce resistance to the extremist left

2️⃣ Opinion polls give very, very low results to President Biden and his Vice President, Mrs. Vice President Kamala Harris

3️⃣ The traditional media and the powerful traditional study centers are losing their supporters in large proportions

In the end, I believe that the institutions of the American state are looking to restore the balance and arbitrate the voice of wisdom and calm in one of the most important internal issues that constitute the strength of the United States as an international power.

براءة الشاب المتهم كايل ريتينهاوس بالأمس من كل التهم الموجهة ضده في قتل شابيين وإصابة آخر وهم من الأمريكيين من ذو البشرة السمراء هذه المحاكمة كانت أكبر من مجرد محاكمة شاب متهم بالقتل فيمكن إعتبارها ثورة شرائح اجتماعية واسعة على مؤسسات دولة امريكا الصلبة ومنصات الإعلام التابعة لها،

الرئيس الأمريكي جو بايدن والحزب الديمقراطي وتحديدا مجموعة التقدميين اليساريين في الحزب كانوا البادئين بالتحريض ضد الشاب المتهم لأهداف انتخابية وسياسية قبيل فوز بايدن ومشروعه الذي اعتمد بنسبة مهمة على التقدميين بالرئاسة في نوفمبر واليوم الرئيس بايدن قال نجدد ثقتنا في الأجهزة القضائية!

في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ما قبل الرئيس الأمريكي السابق #باراك_أوباما اعتندنا أن يكون الرئيس أو حتى مرشح الرئاسة أن لا يكون مسيسا تحديدا في القضايا الداخلية بحيث لا يستطيع الرئيس أو مرشح الرئاسة اتخاذ موقف في قضية جنائية بل كان يكتفي بالحديث عن الثقة بمؤسسات الأمن وبالقضاء هذه هي الرسالة التي يتبنّاها ساسة العيار الثقيل أثناء الحملات الإنتخابية ولكن قبيل انتخابات نوفمبر الماضي جو بايدن بدفع من الديمقراطيين التقدميين تحديدا حرّض ضد الشاب المتهم كايل قبل أن تبدأ محاكمته اصلا! حيث ‏واصل سياسيي العيار الخفيف نانسي بيلوسي وآدم شيف وتشوك شومر ومعهم الهان عمر ورشيدة طليب وكوري بوش ورفاقهم التحريض والحكم المسبق بالذنب على الشاب ثم نفخ الاعلام الذي يميل تقليديا للحزب الديمقراطي بزعامة قناة السي إن إن في القضية وحكموا بإدانة الشاب ولم تنشر هذه المنصات أو حتى تتحدث عن فيديو الجريمة نفسه الذي يحكي كامل القصّة!

وقد تجاهلت منصات الاعلام المنتمي للديمقراطيين أبرزهم صحيفة الواشنطن بوست وقناة سي إن إن وقناة إم إس إن بي سي الحديث عن خلفية المقتولين الإجرامية (أحدهم كان مدانا بقضايا تحرش واغتصاب أطفال) ومع ذلك هذا لا يبرر القتل إلا أنه يعطي انطباعا عن طبيعتهم خصوصا اذا ما أخذنا بالإعتبار أن الشاب المتهم كان عمره ١٧ عاما عند وقوع الجريمة وأحد المقتوليين بنفس العمر تقريبا! حيث ‏كان المتوقع لو كنّا في امريكا العقود السابقة أن يتأثر الشعب وهيئة المحلفين تحديدا بانحياز الإعلام والديمقراطيين وتحريضهم ضد الشاب المتهم لكن ليس هذه المرة حيث جاءت محاكمة كايل وسط حالة غضب من بايدن وإدارته بسبب سياساتها الكارثية داخليا وخارجيا ووسط انقسام اجتماعي غير مسبوق ووسط خوف وقلق هائل لدى المحافظين ‏وصار هناك حالة تعاطف من المحافظين مع الشاب المتهم ليقينهم أن القضية أصبحت مُسيّسة وأن اليسار يستخدمها لإدانة الشاب وبالتالي صورت منصات إعلام التقدميين والمتعاطفيين مع حركة حياة السود مهمة على أن المحافظين عبارة عن ميليشيات بيضاء عنصرية متطرفة وهذه هي اجندا اليسار المتطرف التي تنفذها بعض أعضاء الإدارة الحالية لإعادة صياغة مستقبل الولايات المتحدة الجديدة!

وسط انحياز الإعلام التقليدي مدفوعا باجندا سياسية نشط المحافظون في منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وعلى الأرض للحديث عن الجريمة كما هي لا كما يصورها التقدميين والإعلام التابع له وقد نشروا فيديوهات الجريمة ونشروا خلفية المقتولين وأيضا نشروا رأي القانون والدستور في قضايا حمل السلاح والدفاع عن النفس!

ولكن في النهاية الأمر انتصر القانون والمحافظون وعندما نقول المحافظون هنا هم ليسوا فقط البيض فهناك محافظون من كل الأقليات

هذه المحاكمة كانت تصوير حيّ لانقسام المجتمع في الولايات المتحدة الحادّ جدا والذي يتجاوز مراحل تاريخية سبق وأن حصلت إبان وقبل وحتى بعد الحرب الأهلية وكانت استفتاء على جنون سياسات اليسار المتطرف ويجب التذكير بأن هذا الإنتصار هو الإنتصار الثاني للمحافظين خلال فترة وجيزة بعد الفوز بحاكمية ولاية فرجينيا وعدة ولايات أخرى وسط فضائح لأعضاء في الحزب الديمقراطي كفضيحة حاكم ولاية نيويورك السابق #أندرو_كومو 

دولة المؤسسات الصلبة حاليا في مأزق:

1️⃣ هناك مقاومة شرسة لاجندا اليسار المتطرف

2️⃣ استطلاعات الرأي تعطي نتائج متدنية جدا جدا للرئيس بايدن ونائبته السيدة كامالا هاريس 

3️⃣ الاعلام التقليدي ومراكز الدراسات التقليدية القوية تخسر أنصارها بنسب كبيرة 

سنواصل المتابعة والتعليق في النهاية اعتقد أن مؤسسات الدولة الأمريكية تطلع لإعادة نصاب الأمور وتحكيم صوت الحكمة والهدوء في واحدة من أهم القضايا الداخلية التي تشكل قوة الولايات المتحدة كقوة دولية.
